Sanjeev Kalhan

Sanjeev is the level-headed and composed CEO of the company. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in the realm of Audio Visual, Computers and Technology. He began his rich career with Metal Box, a British Multinational company. Sanjeev stepped into the IT industry when he began working with the HCL group and continued this stint until the year 1995.

The entrepreneurial spirit always ‘lived’ inside of Sanjeev, which finally overtook and he forayed into unchartered territory, in the year '1995', when ‘start-up’ was possibly considered a fad. This decision overshadowed his guaranteed admittance to a couple of completely paid Master’s Degree programs from elite Universities in the USA, and instead he pursued an MBA degree in India. Back in 1995, Sanjeev did not have access to external funding, but he built a company from the ground up with his personal resources and steered the company to acquire a position of a front-runner and beacon, in the AV industry.

Sanjeev’s vision and focus are astonishingly coherent. He believes and leads by example, that a robust, agile, trained, and knowledgeable workforce is the only sustainable way to consistently meet the expectations of all stakeholders – employees, clients, partners, and shareholders. Such a workforce has the ability, skill, and attitude to consistently deliver best-in-class and state-of-the-art AV solutions. Solutions that exceed client expectations of operational efficiency, business growth, and high ROI. Sanjeev’s unflinching focus on these aspects is the driving force of the company to deliver sustainable great results.

Sanjeev is an Electrical Engineering graduate, with a specialization in Computer Science from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Sanjay Aggarwal

Sanjay is our Chief Operating Officer (COO), backed by 27 years of experience in Business Management, including over 20 years of robust experience in the area of AV System Design and Execution for Large Enterprises. Sanjay is a consistent learner – continues to learn the latest AV technologies, which translates into our ability to produce world-class solutions for all our clients.

Sanjay spearheads operations while monitoring business growth and performance improvement initiatives. These support the company’s ecosystem of OEMs and customer-facing relationships. He manages the teams responsible for providing best-in-class AV System Integration Solutions and project implementation. He has successfully, along with his team, acquired and delivered multiple high-value deals for the company. Sanjay is gifted with the ability to retain most of our customers who believe that “CMPL is their first choice as an AV System Integration Company”. The teams he leads are happy and close-knit, and focused on a ‘Client first’ and their satisfaction, approach.

Sanjay is an Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate from Karnataka University. He also possessesa PGDM degree in International Business from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

Ajay Sundriyal

Ajay is a leader possessing technical acumen and the relevant experience to head our Project and Design Function. He has been with CMPL since 2007, before which he undertook a brief apprenticeship at BEL, followed by a stint in the electronics industry starting in 2005. Ajay is an engineer par excellence and possesses strong technical knowledge and instincts. He is extraordinarily gifted with the ability to design creative solutions, support their execution, and ensure robust implementation. Ajay is the mind behind developing and managing teams who are consistently able to reinforce our brand promise - 'We deliver our projects-On Time Every Time'.

Ajay is an Electronics Engineer and Graduated from Kumaon University Uttarakhand.

Ishan Singhal

Ishan is the so-called Bean Counter of the company – given his ability to keep expenses and budgets in strict check. He heads the Finance functions and leads a team of finance executives who are responsible for day-to-day accounting activities and are adept at maintaining engagement with our clients and supply chain partners. The team consistently ensures that banking operations run smoothly and that the company maintains the requisite funds to meet the challenging delivery requirements of our projects.

Ishan also ensures statutory compliance. He is responsible for the regular and timely reporting of productivity and profitability quarterly/yearly. He unfailingly ensures that our COO and CEO are requisitely updated, enabling stringent monitoring of business performance.

Ishan graduated in Commerce followed by a Master’s degree in Law. He also holds an MBA degree, with a specialization in Finance.
